12-hour Shift OR 8-hour Shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OR Saturday & Sunday Only) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assesses and evaluates the health status of the resident/patient and provides care and treatment in accordance with physician orders and standards of practice Administers medications and treatments, and participates in the care planning and implementation Supervises LPNs and CNAs Communicates with physicians regarding changes in conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
, and documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy Educates patients and their families on health-related issues JOB REQUIREMENTS:
